Philippine Community Center
Since inception, PCCI had a dream and a goal to build a community center as a place for Filipinos and Filipino-Americans to gather. Through members’ generous donations and fundraising efforts, the dream became a reality and the goal achieved. In 2011, PCCI acquired a 2.1 acre of land for $210,000 and a $1.5M facility was approved and contracted for construction. Finally, in June 2015, construction of the Philippine Community Center commenced and finally completed in November 2018 with an occupancy permit for 324 occupants. Today, the Philippine Community Center has become a home for PCCI to fulfill its mission! It is a place of choice for Filipino Americans and other cultures to celebrate their significant social and service events. Our goal is for the Philippine Community Center to be an eventual place for a proud and united Filipinos and Filipino-Americans to celebrate its rich culture and heritage and a landmark to share with our children and their children’s children.
Ballroom
Have your next special event in our spacious ballroom. It can accommodate up to 20 tables eachseating ten people per table with still room for a center wooden fl oor dance stage. There is even akitchen to prep your food for your guest before serving.
Boardroom
Have your next meeting in our boardroom. Our conference table can hold up to 16 people comfortably.
Foyer
Our beautiful foyer can be decorated for any event to give that special touch as your guests walk into our community center for your event.
Sound And Lights
A pair of Mackie SR1530 speakers and Mackie MixFX12 soundboard will provide more than enough sound to fill the ballroom for your next event. A pair of wireless mics is also part of the sound package. For those who will provide a DJ, they can connect their equipment to our soundboard to access the PCCI sound system. A four colored spotlight setup on a tripod is also available for lighting to add that final touch to the dance floor.

Typical daily ballroom rate is $1,500 plus a $300 Cleaning Service fee. Boardroom, Sound and Lights are a separate cost depending on need. If you are a PCCI member, you qualify for a discounted rate. To check for availability and reserve your day, please call (713) 485-0366.
